Born on July 12, 1981, in Hackensack, New Jersey, Jeffrey's cultural background is as diverse as his interests, with an Italian father and a mother of Irish, German, and Swiss descent.
 

Jeffrey's educational journey began in the classrooms of Washington School and continued through Westwood Junior High School, culminating in his graduation from Bergen Catholic High School in 1999. His quest for higher education led him to the University of Massachusetts Amherst and subsequently to Ramapo College of New Jersey, where, from 2000 to 2004, he delved deep into information systems technology. During his time at Ramapo, Jeffrey became a proud member of the Delta Mu Delta National Honor Society, an organization committed to recognizing excellence in business administration and academics while promoting the values of leadership and service.
 

Laino's professional narrative began in the winter of 1996 when he took a position at The Rink in Montvale, NJ. He combined his childhood passion for hockey with his burgeoning interest in event planning there. Reflecting on those years, Jeffrey regards them as some of the most enjoyable and professionally satisfying times of his life.

His career took a significant turn in 1999 when he joined Architectural Window Manufacturing Corporation (AWMC), a company founded by his grandfather in the 1950s. At AWMC, Jeffrey applied his academic background in information systems to spearhead the development of a parts numbering system and the implementation of an inventory management solution. His role evolved to include integrating barcode systems for enhanced efficiency in stockroom operations and material procurement. Today, Jeffrey is not just maintaining his role but expanding it, serving as a CNC programmer and operator on Emmegi machines to master every aspect of the family business to continue his grandfather's legacy.
 

Athletics have played a significant role in Jeffrey's life since he was young. His involvement in sports began with Little League baseball and soccer and extended into high school intramurals like bowling. Of all the sports he has engaged in, roller hockey stands out as his true passion. Jeffrey Laino of New Jersey has been an integral part of the Montvale Rage, a roller hockey team that has competed in numerous high-profile games and tournaments across the East Coast. His efforts helped the team clinch the US Junior Olympics National Championship in 1996, a testament to his skill and dedication to the sport.
 

Beyond his professional and athletic achievements, Laino has broad personal interests. He is an avid reader and an aspiring writer, hoping to one day publish works that reflect his diverse experiences and insights. His passion for literature is evident in his growing collection of rare books, a hobby he pursues zealously, always looking for unique and interesting additions.
